In spite of fears that today would be very windy, the only adverse weather was heavy rain.

The annual autumn event at the Sailing Club took place smoothly, with 21 boats removed by noon. Some owners will keep boats in the water, benefitting from the pontoons installed this year.

Stroma was built in 1929 but only arrived in Burntisland recently, so this was its first lift-out.
