Earlier this year BiFab was bought by Canadian east coast company DF Barnes

Now Briggs Marine has bought three companies from the west.

“The Briggs Group are delighted to announce it has recently acquired a consortia of three marine companies in Canada. The Companies; Foreshore Technologies, Balanced Environmental and Ocean Tech are based in North Vancouver, British Columbia and have been trading for 25 years.”
