“Due to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, we are having to introduce changes to our waste and recycling services over the coming weeks depending on staffing levels and the government guidance.

“Like the rest of the country, the council is operating in emergency mode. Please help us by only contacting the council in an emergency. Our most critical public services are still being delivered in extremely challenging circumstances.
